The Staff Support team at the Lubbock Dream Center exists to serve behind the scenes, creating a strong foundation for all ministries and outreach efforts. We are a team committed to excellence, organization, and stewardship—helping ensure that every detail is handled with care so our programs and people can thrive. Our heart is to serve others with joy, keep things running smoothly, and support the mission in practical, powerful ways.

We manage day-to-day operations, provide essential administrative support, maintain communication and scheduling, assist with data and reporting, and help facilitate events and volunteer coordination. Whether it’s prepping for a large outreach, supporting staff, or helping the building run efficiently, our work allows frontline ministries to focus on impacting lives. Every spreadsheet, email, and checklist is part of the bigger picture—transforming our city one life at a time.
